About This Program

Studying abroad is not only a change of classroom; it is a stage of growth — adapting to a new culture and building an independent life. For parents thousands of miles away, the questions never stop: How are classes going? Is my child settling in? How is life with the host family? How are they feeling?

Our team stays close to all of it, on a fixed weekly rhythm:

  • School — regular contact with the school to follow academic progress, class participation, homework completion, attendance, and overall adjustment.
  • Host family — regular contact with the homestay family to understand daily life, living habits, and how the student is settling in, and to help communicate early when difficulties appear.
  • Student — regular check-ins and mentoring conversations with the student about study, life, friendships, and feelings, helping them adapt and build self-management skills.
  • Parents — a formal written report every month covering academic progress, daily life, and growth, plus coordination support whenever parents need to communicate with the school or host family.
  • Emergency contact — our local team serves as the student’s U.S. emergency contact and helps coordinate the parties involved when something needs attention.

This is a care and communication service only: it does not include homestay fees, tuition, or other school charges.
